Why do you need a coach? A coach is needed to get beyond “good enough” and push the person toward their potential. I believe in humanity's innate desire to explore our potential.
At balanceFIT my mission is to provide education and personalized physical and nutritional training to people at any stage of life and any level of fitness. I use resistance training, plyometrics, body movement, cardio, and more, in addition to practical nutrition strategies, to create engaging and useful wellness plans that emphasize metabolic health, strength, agility, resilience, balance, and confidence.
My vision for balanceFIT is to generate a growing culture of capability through achievable levels of wellness and fitness. I want to see more people equipped to execute their responsibilities and experience the full spectrum of life by being more able to do the things that bring them authentic joy.
